Accredited Investor Inquiries Welcome

Starting in October, 2012, TranStar Racing will be seeking serious discussions with accredited investors with a net worth over $1M and/or over $200k in income over the last 2 years in accordance with SEC regulations. Accredited investors should have a background knowledge of, and in, high-end, high performance, exotic cars. If you are a Financial Advisor with an accredited investor with a desire to help us build, what we hope will be, the world's fastest car, please fill in the form below and press "submit". Sorry, financial advisors will receive their agreed upon fees at closing, from proceeds. No exclusive FA deals or up-front fees are available. All investments will be offered under a Private Placement Memorandum to Accredited Investors only.

Minimum investment amount is $500k USD. Total amount being raised is $5M USD. Phase 1 will involve building three (3) European prototypes (1 crash test car, 1 luxury/show model and 1 race car.) Maximum total investment is $5M USD. Very large and attractive estimated 5-year ROE. All terms are negotiable. We have projected the completion of European prototypes for testing in 9 to 12 months from receipt of funding. Due diligence, design, specs and subcontractors are in-readiness.

Potential investors should be able to rationally connect extreme horsepower to record-setting performance, and in turn, how world records affect price and sales demand among high-end car buyers. Over 130 interested buyers are already identified - - less than 20 sales needed to break even. Forecast sales are almost half of the Bugatti Veyron's 5-year sales - - for a car that cost almost twice as much as ours and was twice as heavy, a lot slower (only 253 mph). Extensive due diligence package and risk mitigation plan are available. Draft PPM is also available. Deferred Founder distributions until investor's initial funds are preferentially repaid. Fairly fast repayment of initial investment. You will be asked to sign an NDA and certify you are an accredited investor.
